My interview lasted for 1 hr. First, he asked me to introduce myself then he started asking me some common questions about my hobbies and some behavioral questions just to calm down my nerves then he straightway moved to the technical part and the HR interview was there for some candidates.

I applied through the employee referral. After somedays, HR called me and sent me the python test link. And told me, if I clear the coding round then I'll get a call for the next round.

Absolutely abysmal interview experience right from the start.
The only time I enjoyed were the tech rounds.
The Human Resources, Recruitment and People operations department is absolutely low functioning. They simply don't care if the candidate is joining or not.
The Recruiters specifically never called anyone post the initial offer, the candidates have to keep calling😅.
People operations seem highly disoriented.
Accepted the offer only because of the interaction with the current employees.
