I applied online and was emailed about scheduling a phone interview, all went pretty easy and a few days later I was called to schedule an in person interview. I interviewed with the assistant manager first and then a sales manager. They have the results from the personality/logistics tests you take online in hand and evaluate you based on that, your resume and mostly your presentation during your interview.
Everything was straightforward and easy, although they do an extensive background check (even all your previous employments)

The interview process was lengthy. I submitted an online application, did a digital interview (recording myself on camera), an interview with the assistant manager, interview with the sales manager, and an interview with store director. Normally you go through one more interview with the Market Vice President but I did not have to do that.
