Overall, it was good but the last question was so challenging. It was group interview and then there was supervisor that will give the feedback. Overall, the supervisors all were so kind

Entretien
Basically like u play out a scene on how u would sell the jewellery to customers. they give u a situation and u work base off it like 'buying graduation gift for son'. not difficult and i got accepted but HR was very messy and didn't inform me i was accepted and just started scheduling me for training. i ended up already making christmas plans so i couldn't commit to it.

Entretien
1. Applied on line
2. You will have to complete the online questions which is a test for your personality and aptitude
3 Once you are fit for the roll then you will receive an email for the recruitment event where you can choose one out of four sessions.
4. On the day of group interview(recruitment event) you will participate in the group activities which they will observe your people skills, teamwork and personality/attributes. This includes you need to introduce the person next to you (or in the group) after discussion / introduced each other, sole role play activities
5. You will also watch some video clip for the company brand and their objectives
6. You will need to fill out the form with your details and availability, unfortunately you must fully commit to availability from December 1 till January 31 without any exception

Sell the Tiffany products to the guest( written given a character)
3. Group role play
One of questions to answer e.g. How to deal with a guest who asks for service whilst you are already with other customer??
Scenario is quite easy and you can work it out easy especially with your group. After 10 min preparation you will present as part of group, in this every one has to participate.
