Relax interview by phone after answering all the question I got an invitation to take a bench assessment. Tour of facility and a 30 minute interview with manager. They ask about experience in jewelry.

Entretien
Three interviews in total, first with hr, second with manager, the last one was with district manager. The experience was very positive, everyone was very professional and friendly. I received an offer but declined.

great process, didnt find the questions to be hard or pointless. great conversation very informational.
I learned a lot about the position in this interview. It was a phone interview but still very thorough
