Entretien
The first round is a digital interview on Tiffany's platform, kind of like the hireview. They asked five questions where you need to record yourself and three questions that required written responses.

Question 1
One question asked about Tiffany's social responsibilities that I did not expect but the other ones were pretty standard.
After submitting the application, if you pass the initial screening, they send an email with a link to an online interview process. This has to be done within a couple days.
Super easy 10-minute video interview. The questions were straightforward and you got three tries to try and get a good take. It was super straightforward and being able to rerecord allows you to explore multiple ways to approach a question.
