I applied for the position and did not hear from anyone for about a month. I then got a phone call and they scheduled a video call. The video call went well and they asked me to come in for an interview. Once I scheduled the in person interview I was sent a laundry list of rules for the facility. Mask at all times, no metal, no jewlery etc. I felt the interview went well, the interview team was friendly and forthcoming, the tour was well paced and explained. Afterwards I sent the customary follow up email thanking them for their time and expressing how interested I was in the position. It’s now been 4 weeks and there has been no follow up or response. I find it shocking that a company as large and well known and Tiffany & Co would not follow up. Their HR and Hiring people seem very overwhelmed.

Very fast - applied online, heard back within 2 weeks time. Met with both the HR department and the Quality Assurance department to interview. Gave a tour of the entire building after sit down interview.
