Straight-forward. usual manufacturing type questions. asked about experience with lean systems and enterprise software. also about data analysis tools. it was very interesting to go on a walkthrough of the facility

Entretien
I had one phone screening with HR asking general questions. I got an email from her few days later that I am selected for the next stage.
The second round was with the direct hiring manager. He was from the same school as I was and we talked about sports, my previous jobs and etc.
I got an offer from them in 2 weeks.
