Resume screening took 2 weeks, technical round to offer letter took 1 week. Technical round was very intensive, interviewer asked almost everything. Second round was managerial asking questions pertaining to work area, last round was HR

First round was GD. This was to check your communication and logical thinking. I got through it. Then interview with the line manager. He was asking question about the last/current job profile. How you can implement SAP in it? What is the advantages of it? Examples of how SAP would be beneficial to organization. Although I didn't got selected but I answered these. I think he was looking for candidates with some specific job profile.

Interview at Tieto office, hiring manager asked really a lot of standard interview questions "what is your motivations, what is your strengths and weakness etc.". Interviewer didn't rise eyes from a computer most of the time and read all the questions from a list. Very little asked personally.
Besides, I got also questions what should not be asked - current salary and family situation.
No reasons for rejection were given and hiring manager didn't reply to an email when I asked.
