First round was GD. This was to check your communication and logical thinking. I got through it. Then interview with the line manager. He was asking question about the last/current job profile. How you can implement SAP in it? What is the advantages of it? Examples of how SAP would be beneficial to organization. Although I didn't got selected but I answered these. I think he was looking for candidates with some specific job profile.

The interview process was quite simple and quick. I had to go through 3 rounds.
1. Technical
2. Management
3. HR.
all the interview rounds were short and crisp.
All the Interviewers was quite friendly.

Entretien
Interview at Tieto office, hiring manager asked really a lot of standard interview questions "what is your motivations, what is your strengths and weakness etc.". Interviewer didn't rise eyes from a computer most of the time and read all the questions from a list. Very little asked personally.
Besides, I got also questions what should not be asked - current salary and family situation.
No reasons for rejection were given and hiring manager didn't reply to an email when I asked.
