I got the call from Hr for this position , she scheduled my interview on weekend as per availability . it was Microsoft teams round , two senior most person from company was interviewer. They took my interview for complete 1 hr. and asked me nearly all the concept basic concepts in c++ though I couldn't answer most of the questions but I really like their way of conducting interview , very calm and gentle .

It was a campus hiring process due to pandemic, it was virtual. It had 3 rounds, Aptitude test, Group discussion and TR+HR interview. I had cleared my first round and waited for some days for GD schedule and received it as well. The GD went well and I was one of the most confident among the group, but yet didn't got selected, and people who were quiet and who spoke once got select. I have no idea on what basis they selected the candidates. But anyways always look for the better than something based on politics :)
