Reached out to the hiring manager, set up an initial call, then a follow up call, then a presentation, then a call with the SVP, then an in person interview.
An offer was extended about a month and a half after initial contact.

Reach out via Linkedin, Phone Call, in-person, second in-person, several phone interviews afterward. The process dragged out far to long, and could have been much shorter. Interviewers always seemed like they were selling me to hard on the company, and come to find out, they were.
