Interviewed with their coordinator. She thought it was a great fit, she will set me up with one of the founders, great! Nothing at all after that, crickets. From looking at their people page, you only get hired if you come from construction or are female.

Met with great team members who all took the time to really understand my desires and help me to understand the position in its entirety. They thoroughly answered every question I had to ensure I was making the right next step!

Initial phone call with a recruiter “went great” and I was told I had an excellent shot at getting an offer, because I had both the experience and skills they were looking for. Got an interview set up with a decision-maker. They didn’t show. I contacted the recruiter. “Oh, I’m sorry, I don’t know what happened. Let me get with them and get it rescheduled.” I followed up with the recruiter 5 times over the next month, the last time with a LinkedIn message. “Oh, I’m sorry, I don’t know why your messages weren’t coming through to me.” I had called, left voicemails, and texted them. Their read receipts were on. “Let me get with them and get it rescheduled.” I followed up 4 more times via call, text, and LinkedIn. Never heard back. Needless to say, seems like a clown show over there.
