First a phone interview, then meeting in person, quick very easy test and final meeting with the manager. Very standard questions. I didn't meet the HR, I met the line manager first.

It was mostly question answer type.
No SQL Coding was involved.
The questions were mostly related to Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere product.

it is too difficult sometime depand on the manager's feeling at time. it took long time for interview and ask some very mean question but actully they do like hire you.
