The hiring/interview process was very informal and pleasant. It appeared they were interested in me as a future employee but when I heard I would need to bring in my own clients (family and friends) to sell insurance products to, I stated I was not interested in moving forward.

Most were standard questions and they did not use the H.R. sheets commonly asked of prospects.

Good communication by recruiter and related parties. Even through the role was not a fit for me as a candidate and the company, it was a good process without the long gaps or back and forth.
