Entretien
when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly employee and was shown where everything was. the interview process was done in a group interview where we were asked our names and if we had any questions about the job or company. after all our questions were answered we where scheduled for a shadow day where i came in and saw every job that you could do at the company. all in all it was pretty sweet process and definitely helps you decide if the job is a great fit for you.

Such a fun and inviting experience. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces and great energy! I got my papers and went to sit down and wait for my time. Clay Clark came and got me and this man’s energy is so inviting. Such a relaxing and refreshing interview, I felt that it was very easy to be myself.

Entretien
It was an open interview, a lot different than any other experience I have had for an interview. They are looking for specific people that want to learn and grow. They are very loud about their values right when you walk up to the building and you shouldn’t apply if you don’t line up with those values. If you do your research on this company before the interview you will know exactly what you are getting into.

They give you a list of questions at the group interview and then they will have you schedule a job shadow day if they think you are a good fit.
