We conducted two Phone Interviews & An Onsite interview. The process was very convenient and efficient. I knew right away after talking to the hiring managers that they were interested in me as person. They were looking for quality traits and skills that I naturally have.

Overall was a lackluster interview process that was doomed from the start. When the recruiter scheduled my interview with the hiring/community manager for later in the week, I was told to expect an email with a “personality assessment”. I ended up not getting this assessment and let the hiring manager know, so she could be up to date. She claimed she’d ask the recruiter to resend it & said I should do the same. I had already emailed the recruiter about an hour prior to the interview and again the day after the hiring manager interview. After a week had gone by with no update, I wanted to email the hiring manager to touch base, only to realize neither of them had provided that managers email for me to attempt this follow up & it was never included in the automated scheduling emails. It’s been a couple weeks since I was supposed to “get an update on their decision”, so I think it’s safe to say it’s a no. Maybe it’s because I never filled out that assessment I never got sent 🤔

professional interview process enjoyed the people and the great benefits they had to offer. Answers to my questions were very well put and I felt at ease accepting an offer however the pay is what held me back
