2 Stage interview, First stage was focused on experience and scenarios then Q&A about the job role and business. Second stage a prepared presentation on the payments industry which had to last approximately 15 minutes, This was followed by scenario based questions on the role being apprlied for and Q&A.

The interview process was one of the best I have undergone. Interviewees were clear on next steps. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. After discussing the role in more detail, I knew this was the role for me.
