The interview process at Threads was really good and much more organised than other interviews I have been a part of at different companies. There were a total of 3 interviews where I got to meet different members of the design team and learn more about Threads and the position. I also completed a design task which was a nice challenge to be involved in. It was a long process but Rhianna, the Talent Sourcer, was great at keeping me updated with the process, which I really appreciated.
