      The worst recruitment experience I have ever had. The recruitment team is based overseas which is separate from the rest of the organisation and is horribly incompetent. They also appear to be completely unaccountable. The recruitment team is based overseas and is horribly incompetent. There are 3-4 rounds of interviews depending on the role. Several times I had to follow up the recruitment team on booking times. For example, on the day of one of my interviews I noticed I hadn't been sent the zoom link for the interview. I followed up and after an hour I received the calendar invite on a different day and time along with 2 other emails with details of the interview which they didn't send before. For my practical interview I was informed I would be sent the material 48 hours before the interview date. I hadn't received the material roughly 36 hours before my interview so I followed this up. They replied the next day and insisted they had sent the material, implied I was lying and asked if I needed 'additional time' to review the material. After a few back-and-forth emails they finally copied the email with the material they supposedly sent to me earlier, but what they copied didn't contain my email address (i.e. no proof it was sent to me)... They eventually agreed to reschedule the interview but I have no idea what they passed on to the decision-makers and if this affected my candidacy. After this interview they ghosted me. I emailed them a couple days after the interview asking for the outcome and next steps but I was completely ignored. I also followed up later. This is after 3 rounds of interviews and the interviewer after my last round commented that I did very well. I tried to reach out to the person responsible for this team to discuss these issue and provide feedback, but was ignored. It is apparent that my candidacy was sabotaged in order to protect the incompetence of this team.

      The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn to ask whether interested in the above role. So, I decided to give it a try. The interviewers were professional and the interviews went well. It consists of multiple rounds including- 1. Recruiter screen 2. Code pairing interview 3. Technical interview 4. Cultural fit and leadership interview. After I been through final round interview I was rejected although they claimed I did well in final round. The feedback given was because the company felt my experiences did not align with their current project needs. What was disappointing is that this should have been identified during the initial screening stage, as my background was clearly stated in my resume and also during the recruiter screening. Progressing a candidate through multiple interview rounds, including the final interview, only to reject them for an apparent experience mismatch feels like a waste of the candidate’s time. The recruitment process was also poorly handled. I only received the update for each interview session after I followed up for a status update, rather than being proactively informed. Overall, I would not recommend the interview process due to the inefficient screening and communication. Do not waste your time as I feel they are using candidates to collect certain data or doing market surveys through these processes.

      Good interview experience, fast process. > pair programming > system design > vibe check > offer Interviewers are pretty nice and easy to talk to. Was down levelled by the HR recruiter from lead to senior consultant.

      HR Screening- basic just to check profile matching or not 1. Technical Round- will ask questions related to BA mostly scenario based will be taken by any product manager 2. Case study round- they will provide a case study prior 2 days of interview and you need to behave give consultation about the problems and recommend solutions. will be taken by senior product manager. 3. leadership qnd culture fit round- they can ask anything related to social injustice and also how you have maintained the team what decision you have taken in different scenarios. 4. HR round- telephonic only just to discuss salary nothing else.
