long long and tedious process. consist in screening interview with recruiter, coding assignment (up to 3 or four days of full-time programming at home), cultural interview, wonderlic assessment on-site, pseudocode assessment on-site, role-play interview, high management interview.

Cultural interview: why do you want to work for us? what do you know about us and our values? tell me about you? what is your biggest failure? what is your biggest achievement? what company you wouldn't work for? why?
you are expected to ask also about your role and what the interviewers thinks about working at thoughtworks (best and worse).

Started with a case study that they wanted me to solve for them. After this, they would conduct the interviews with candidates. They provided a week's time to solve the case.
