There were 2 rounds happened so far. The first round was a good discussion. The interviewer teied to judge my overall experience. Then there was a casestudy to write a proposal. It took at least 4 hours to have a decent presentation. This was to be presented in the second round, but no one told me anything about it. The second round was an abuse under the hat of client.

Interview process started with a Leadership screen, Case study presentation, People care round focussed on Servant leadership followed by Leadership and Social change. Interviewers include Leaders, team members and also leadership from an Org level.
