I applied online, a few weeks later (2-3) a recruiter called me and we talked for half an hour. Then she scheduled a technical phone interview for the next week. On the day of the interview, I didnt receive a call, so I waited for half hour but no one called me. I emailed them and they simply said the person was catching a flight with no apology! Then they scheduled it for a few hours later. The interviewer called me when walking in the street and didnt mention that he had missed my interview. He was pretty cool though and talking to him made me forget their messiness. He asked me about my background, my thought process, and my experience. I really liked him and I felt we clicked pretty well. I didnt hear back from them for 2 weeks so I sent a follow up email to the recruiter. She got back to me after more than 10 days saying they have other priorities and cant advance me. Pretty disappointing and frustrating experience since they were so disorganized.
