Several rounds of interviews with various people on the team. They seem to be a bit unprepared with questions as some questions seemed very irrelevant to the role. Some folks were really friendly and nice and others seemed aggressive and arrogant. I was a bit worried that their culture on the team was not the healthiest one just by their interactions with me and also they texted and called me on my personal phone number outside working hours which seemed like a sign of bad work life balance.
