2 phone interviews:
- Technical by another CSE
- Behavioral by Customer Success Architecht
..followed by an in-person that was suppose to last 3.5 hours with 4 different people and instead it was stopped after 2 because I "wasn't technical enough" according to the Director of Support. I don't think the initial phone screener (another CSE) did their job well. She asked very basic SQL and python question but the in-person questions were much tougher and way more technical. It set false expectations of what the role required from the start...
