Entretien
Gained an interview through applying online. Process was easy - staff very friendly. Interview was very general - was asked questions on my experience, customer service and how much I knew about the company/brand.
I applied with a cv and cover letter. I was then selected for an interview, and also a subsequent approval interview. The process was relatively fast, and I received an offer almost immediately
