Very unprofessional. Required me to take a "Mechanical Aptitude Test" that was copyrighted in 1942 and was completely irrelevant to the type of work I would be doing. People were talking and laughing loudly while placing their chinese food order with the secretary outside the room I was completing the test. Then had an Engineering Manager interview me for about 5 min. He seemed uncomfortable and uncertain in what he was asking.
