Informal, laid back first interview with a tour of the lab. Fairly straightforward and did not have many questions for the interviewing manager. Discussed a second interview possibly within the next few weeks

First interview consisted of a lab tour to gauge interviewee's interest in the company and an informal interview so manager and interviewee can get to know each other better. Second interview consisted of a 30 minutes formal interview with panel including lab manager and 2 senior technicians.
