I interviewed for this 7 weeks ago. The interviewer was lovely and it went really well, he basically said he doesn’t have favourites but he’s definitely recommending me for the second round due to my excellent experience. Since then I’ve had radio silence despite chasing him and his manager. I don’t think this is acceptable, absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Takes two minutes to send a reply. Communication is everything and I’ll never apply for a role there again. Think about your brand reputation and the damage you’re doing.
