The interview process starts with a phone call from London from Hannah King. In the email, they always stated the current local time and London time to show that the interview process is well supervised. After a phone call for around 15 minutes, I was arranged an interview at their office a week later. Their office in Hong Kong located in On Hing Terrace, 16th Floor, a pretty small one with packed of people , and there is only one large room and one single room for the interview. When I knock the door, a staff appear and say hello, and ask me.... "who I am gonna interview", it sounds ridiculous, and after waiting in the room for 15 minutes, two staffs coming in. One said, he was going to have meeting after one hour, I was like...wow...you look so busy. They give me a bunch of questions, and it sounds very ridiculous and not professional at all. Then they give me case study, of identifying value chain in the market. They look very clumsy, and always look for candidates have potential to get trapped into the job. They want people with strong cold callings, and connect people on the phone. The job itself, or shall I say, the whole job process is purely cold calls. I observe the little office and can say that. The interview process is redundant, and they quite makes you feel mixed up. As long as you look slightly stupid, then they know you have fallen into the trap of cold callings.
