I was contacted to schedule an informational interview after a previous employee referral. It was a phone interview lasting about 30 minutes. Most of the questions were in regards to my experiences, but I was given the opportunity to ask questions as well.

Less than 30 mins, standard questions, 3 more rounds of interviews, interviewer was emotionless but nice. Got back to me in a week after I applied. First interview is with manager, second is with hiring manager, not sure about third and fourth.

HR interview:
Interviewer has really has good interview skills, both professional and welcoming, helping me feel less nervous, showing respect for the candidate. The questions are quite standard, after the interview, the interviewer will schedule a date to return the results within 2-3 working days and clearly explain the next steps.
