Very positive, everyone in the Talent Acquisition Team was super friendly, and the process was easy and smooth. Very fast responsiveness, the whole process was wrapped up in around a month and I never felt uninformed at any step, plenty of information to research and prepare.

3 rounds in total. Interviewers and HR are helpful. There's gonna be a job shadowing at round 2 to assess how you deal with cold call, rejections, etc. The role is heavily client-facing and cold calling/reaching out to expert.

In the technical round with Third Bridge, I was given a case that tested how I would approach sourcing experts for a client. The task was to identify three relevant profiles on LinkedIn and clearly explain why each person would be a strong fit for the project.
