J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thinking Big (Charlottetown, PE)
Entretien
It was a panel interview with all three of the original partners. I was asked about my experience in software development and my skill set. I was given a basic coding assignment (FizzBuzz) on a whiteboard. The CTO walked through my process and solution, asking questions, calling attention to errors in the hope that I'd self-correct. After proving basic coding and problem solving abilities, I was asked to propose and discuss approaches to solve generalized and abstract problems, e.g. volume of golf balls inside a bus, etc. Overall, the interview was relaxed beyond the few classic start-up style questions identified here.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
FizzBuzz: "Write a program that prints the numbers from 1 to 100. But for multiples of three print 'Fizz' instead of the number and for the multiples of five print 'Buzz'. For numbers which are multiples of both three and five print 'FizzBuzz'."

No show first time, late the second time and then condescending during the interview. Generally disorganized and unprofessional. Felt more like a piece of code being moved around than a human.
