After interviewing with a recruiter I recieved an email to say they had paused hiring for this position.
Thought nothing more of it until I saw they re-advertised the position right after and continue to accept applications.
I have even seen a review on here from a poor candidate for this position who spent time on a task only to be ghosted :(
Be careful - I'm not sure they are truly looking for someone to fill this role.

The interview process has 4 major steps: Recruiter round to get to know you, a panel interview, case assignment, and a final 3 hour long met and greet that follows a topgrading system, with different team members asking questions.
