Messed up interview process and no decision maker they frustrate the candidates with unnecessary delay in whole process. It appears senior guys there felt more insecure about his job as i was at the same level of experience. Got call in sep 17 and went there for f2f, 2 technical round of interview went well and CEO round from usa scheduled that also gone well after that a long pause of 2 month after that had discussion with hr on joining date and suddenly same interview process started in dec which i started in sep.
