Phone Screen with Recruiter. Scheduled for a Pre-Employment Test. Test Consisted of multiple-choice questions and spelling test. After passing test, I was scheduled to Interview with Site Coordinator. After interview I was informed that they would like to offer me a position, and they extended an offer. I accepted and was Live Scaned (same day).

when scheduling your time?
They first asked general questions about yourself such as your experience, your strengths and weaknesses and then move onto more specific questions about experience with children and different scenarios that would possibly happen.

Entretien
Fairly simple, a lot of kid related questions. Like how would I react if a kid did a certain thing or what different strategies would I use to teach if not all kids were understanding my lesson . There was also an English and Math test
Fairly easy. The process was quick and delightful. I was basically hired on the spot and started working right away. Interview was really easygoing. I recommend the hiring process. Really easy
