Interview process so much lengthy 1)technical 2)technical with director 3)will be client round then HR In the first interview interviewer has less experience then me He asked me all concepts of golang it took 1.2hr In the second round he has a great experience but I must say you can’t judge someone with on small mistake, he gave me code of goroutine i completed the He said no like this but then i tried to do that i was this close to complete the code then refuses. Then again 3 4 codes he asked me I immediately done. At the end of it he gave feedback that everything was good need to improve the goroutine. I said i was close to complete the code but its ok. The HR is called you when they needed you to if you call back to her regarding the interview results she wont picks up the call. I means i just wanted to know what goes wrong that you rejected me? I guess this this is completely waste of time. I don’t if they want to take employees then why you take interviews without knowing his potential. I can understand now why so much reviews on glassdoor. advise is see the potential what he can do
