In 2023, I had an initial phone screening, followed by four 30 minute virtual interviews with various people in the department. The different people I interviewed with all asked me very different questions about my background, how I handle conflict, what my career goals are, etc.

Very technical-oriented interview, with only a few behavioral questions. Expect a lot of questions related to the job description. Not too difficult but be prepared for rapid fire chemistry questions.
