I submitted my application and was presented an interview offer. It was a standard individual interview with behavioural and knowledge questions with an HR representative and my future supervisor. The future supervisor was not the most friendly or welcoming, so the interview it self set a bad tone.

They asked for familiarity with laboratory instruments specific to the tasks I would be completing. They also asked about conflict management and resolution.
