Very smooth interview process. Good and productive. No irrelevant questions. They judge the skills properly. I must say thermo fisher scientific is a good company which value the talents. I would suggest young or early professionals to apply and start career with thermo fisher scientific.

Process: 1. Applied online 2. HR arranged a phone interview a month later 3. No feedback from HR for a few weeks 4. A few weeks later, a coordinator contacted to arrange an interview with a hiring manager. 5. Had a video interview but no outcome until now (1 month+) Feedback: It looks like proper feedback and follow-up process are not existing in this company although it is a quite big MNC. HR recruiter was friendly and helpful but the hiring manager was only interested in asking questions as if she had a checklist to fulfil instead of two ways communication between us. This experience could tell the company culture.
