3 rounds of interviews. The first one with the HR. The second one is technical interview and last one with the director and two managers. Totally, from the resume submission to receiving the job offer, it took over 6 weeks.

I was hired through a contract company and I had a phone interview with the supervisor hiring for the position. We talked about what the responsibilities of the position were, and some of the work that was already being done. We talked about my experience related to this work. It was an fairly laid-back interview, was not stressful, and I didn't get asked trick questions.
