The hiring manager was not happy that I didn't direct all questions to him. That's a red flag, since I treat women equally and I want to hear the human resource perspective. I knew the job wasn't a fit when they took more notes than focused on the discussion.

Degrading having to build a childs toy to compete with other adults for a position, while a table of at least 10 managers and team leaders watched making notes. I had over 13 years experience and didn't get the job as I was too old to have every used the type of toy to build. Unfair system not allowing people to prove themselves. Just because someone does well on the day, it doesn't mean they were the best for the job. Had I known the outcome I would have expressed my thoughts on the day. I found some of managment smug and personal which I felt discriminated by too.
