It was an amazing phone call going over troubleshooting techniques and aptitude. Manager seemed to genuinely love the company and made that known. Things went smoothly and I accepted my offer.

First round of interview was video call interview for 30mins
Next round would be with field, service, application manager and final round would be with the entire team. So in total 3 rounds, first round is basically describing to you the role and a few questions to know about you personally, The interview is conducted by Technical service manager.
