After a phone screen with the hiring manager, I was called in for an onsite interview with a couple of engineers, HR and the hiring manager. The interview experience itself was good, and at the end I really did not have many questions for the hiring manager as a follow-up. After a brief facility tour, I left after a good conversation with the understanding there would be a follow-up and possibly one more round with a higher-up, but they would be in touch. That was the last I heard from them. Two follow-up emails and no response, I guess I was dropped from the process, but was ghosted with no response or follow-up as promised. A very disappointing end to what would normally get a good review as an overall process.
