I had a 30 min initial screening interview with the recruiter that seemed to go very well. My skills and experience matched with everything she was looking for and she seemed very positive that I would move to the next step and that I'd hear back the next week. It's been about 6 weeks now and I've been completely ghosted - not even an automated rejection email.

Typically 2-3 rounds for the interview process with the role i have applied.. 1st round: Hiring manager, Talent acquisition 2nd round: Cross functional managers 3rd and final round: Business or Site leader Fairly straightforward for the interview. includes HR manager as well.
