I submitted application (resume + cover letter) through the internal hiring site. I first had a short interview with HR, followed by a separate interview with the hiring manager and 4 different team members.

Short 1-on-1 overview call with hiring manager. Brief HR screening call. 30-45 minute 1-on-1 interview with hiring manager. All remotely via Microsoft Teams. Took place over the course of a week or two as they were assembling candidates.
