Applied job via their company website. Received an invitation for phone interview about two weeks later. Interviewed by recruiter and was asked about experience and expected salary. At the end, the recruiter said will transfer profile to the department manager for next step of the hiring process.

Very technical-oriented interview, with only a few behavioral questions. Expect a lot of questions related to the job description. Not too difficult but be prepared for rapid fire chemistry questions.
