Had 5 x 30-minute interviews over the course of one day. Thought they went great. The woman I would have reported to yelped with excitement over my answers. Everyone commented on my experience alignment with the role. But then didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. Was told I would hear in a few days. Nothing for 3 more weeks until a form email I wasn't selected. I feel it was the result of so much time going by and a neglectful recruiter.
