I had an interview with the recruiter where she had told me that i should expect to hear from the hiring manager soon. Only to never hear from her again, I followed up at the end of each week to keep on the process until 3 weeks had passed, and no contact or response had been made. I ended up finding out that i didnt get the job from their website where the listing said it had been filled. Still no response. Things happen, but still should have a little more respect for peoples time, and provide them with a courtesy email.
