I had been working with the team on a distance for a while at the point the position was posted in the internal job opportunity system. In July I was invited to an interview day which included a prepared presentation to 6 interviewers, followed by sessions being interviewed by 2 interviewers at the time. Following the interview day the summer period started and during this time the thinking in the leadership team changed, hence the role changed as well. Initially the role was both commercial and tech support, later the role became purely commercial.
