It took two months from the start to the end of the interview process. Questions were very basic about my past experience and talking about the current responsibilities. Few basic exercises for MS Excel as well as MS Access skills. Python scripting is a plus but was not required.

HR was extremely rude and was not open to negotiation talks. She was extremely unprofessional. But the hiring manager and the rest of the panel members were very warm and welcoming.
